We use the freshest beef to form a thick round hamburger that is cooked to your preference. We then add your choice of condiments and top it with lettuce, onions ,tomato\'s, and cheese, served on a fresh hamburger bun.

The BBQ Shack opened in June 2004 under ownership of Steve and Janelle Carpenter in a trailer just down from its current location, off of first street. Offering only outside seating and a drive thru. In September renovation started on an old concrete building that once long ago used to be a Dairy Queen which now is our current location. Inside you'll find all kinds of great pig items donated by those who stood by us then and now. We look forward to serving you and making this your favorite BBQ Shack.
