We use the Louisiana Zingers, cut them in pieces, and then fry them in your desired heat of our BBQ Sauce. Sauce variations include Hot Sauce, Medium Sauce, or Mild sauce. These Hot Links are good in a sandwich or as part of a meal with selective sides.

The BBQ Shack opened in June 2004 under ownership of Steve and Janelle Carpenter in a trailer just down from its current location, off of first street. Offering only outside seating and a drive thru. In September renovation started on an old concrete building that once long ago used to be a Dairy Queen which now is our current location. Inside you'll find all kinds of great pig items donated by those who stood by us then and now. We look forward to serving you and making this your favorite BBQ Shack.
